Financial Policies All treatment must be paid for at the time of service. We will accept assignment of insurance to help our patients provided that all insurance information is complete and up to date. All insurance claims will be sent electronically so please be sure to have all insurance information complete when you come to the office. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Debit and cash. When extensive treatment is necessary, an estimate of the fee will be presented before the treatment begins. We ensure that you are comfortable with financial arrangements prior to treatment. Our business team would be pleased to answer any questions you may have regarding fees, insurance and financial arrangements. Please ask us! We are here to help you and we thank you in advance for your cooperation. ![]() Emergency Treatment As a courtesy to our prescheduled patients, a phone call is requested to reduce waiting time for everyone. For emergencies outside of patient hours, please call our phone and listen to the voice mail for instructions. Please note that at an emergency appointment, Dr. Bhandari will relieve your discomfort and make a diagnosis regarding necessary treatment. At that time we would be happy to discuss future treatment and fees. Appointment Policies Our appointments are scheduled specifically for each patient. We ask that you kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend to avoid a cancellation charge. We would gladly reschedule another convenient time for you. We do charge for repeat missed appointments. We try our best to run on schedule and ask that you do your best to be on time. If you are late, we may have to reschedule your appointment so that other patients are not kept waiting. |
